We’re looking for a bunch of folks to come aboard for the 2024 season. Get your hands dirty and challenge yourself in the world of farming.
As farming is a physical endeavor, all candidates must be agile and physically fit. Being able to lift, carry, and work with loads up to 22.5kg [50lb in American] is a necessity. Bending and kneeling is commonplace. We expect all candidates to move at a brisk pace and seek excellence in their work.
Ability to perform in all weather conditions will be necessary. Rain or shine, mud or snow. Proper attire for all conditions is highly recommended.

Processing Assistant
Want to keep your hands (mostly) out of the dirt but still enjoy the joys of farm life? We’ve got the perfect position for you as our processing assistant. Duties will include helping our processing manager in all of their tasks, from washing produce, to inventorying and stock the farm stand. You’ll encounter some dirt on field tasks at other times. Experience is a plus, but not at all necessary.
Part-time positions available April-Dec (with flexibility on start/end times). Base starting Rate 16.50/hr*
Farm Hand(s)
Want to get your hands in the dirt and experience the joys of farm life? Well look no further! We’re looking for a handful of eager individuals to help us here at Luckyfoot. Duties will include helping with bed/field prep, transplanting, harvesting, and everything else the comes with life on a farm! Prior experience is always helpful, but we’ll teach you all you need to know if you don’t!
Part-time positions available April-Dec (with flexibility on start/end times). Base starting rate 16.50/hr*
